I don't think the one with the acid is fake, I think that is hydrofluoric acid which reacts really strongly with metals but I think that it is quite calm with skin

Nah, hydrofluoric acid definitely isnt calm like that. It causes severe burns, and it also causes you to have a heart attack due to fluoride toxicity. I'd say it's probably a gallium spoon and hot water

Connecting a 9v battery to both ends of a septum piercing won't give them a shock. It's completing a circuit through the piercing and no electricity will flow into the person. It will very slowly heat up the piercing, 9v batteries are intended for low power devices and aren't capable of producing a lot of current.

@@badusername853 That would really ruin your day. Car batteries can can produce hundreds of amps - the piercing would become red hot very quickly. Even more problematically, there's a pretty good chance the cables you've got you battery connected to would spot weld them selves to the piercing on contact and be difficult to remove quickly. ....sooo, don't do that :)

7:30 This would cause the metal to heat up as current flows freely through the metal. It makes steel wool light on fire, but the nose ring is so much metal I don't think it would heat up too much. Its larger than the wires you would use for a 9 volt, so it will probably just deplete the battery. It will not shock them though, the electricity would happily go through the metal without jumping through the nose.

The battery up to the piercing won't do anything too drastic. It'll definitely still shock you but more like someone touching you with a bunch of static shock. It prob won't even wake that person up, especially since the metal only goes through a small amount of skin, there's not much there _to_ shock. But who knows, depends on the metal I guess. I'm just guessing

3:18 nah man it’s not that bad because of two reasons 1. Someone in my family use to set of fireworks in their bin with the Lego templates on top and yes it worked 2.
