@Jeniese i get what you're saying but let me let fill u in a bit on how youtube works.... if u hit the like button 'immediately' when u open the video youtube won't count it but see it as a Spam. U have to let the video play a little bit to about 2-3 mins first then u hit the like button & comment

This property is Wayyyy over priced even for the location... the quality of the work done inside this home is average to low. The kitchen is underwhelming, the tight passage ways r a turn off n the bathrooms fixtures are dated. $1200 should be the absolute ceiling on this property and that's being generous.

Yea it isn't a bad property at all. The internal can be updated but all in all not a bad space. As it pertains to price, it is a seller's market in Jamaica. Homes are being rented and sold for any price and people are buying and renting them regardless
