Nekotofu is a yuri fan and has made yuri fan-doujinshi (you can literally find them just searching "Nekotofu Pixiv"). The room they stay at when they go to the onsen is called the Lily Room. The magical girl Mahiro imitates in the manga (but not in the anime) is called Cura Lily. YuruYuri is one of the manga series on bookshelves in not one, but TWO episodes (I've actually started reading it because it showed up in Onimai; it's quite funny and I'm loving Ayano's crush on Kyouko). The yuri stuff is one of the big reasons why it's up in the air whether Mahiro will continue to live as a girl long term or whether he'll go back to being a guy. If it weren't for that, I'd probably be pretty confident that he'll go back eventually somehow.
