Josh is three beers short of a six pack. I don't blame her for getting frustrated by his stupid questions. Example what animal does corned beef come from? Or him implying she was in prison on a huge forum such as they have. You know some people are completely stupid and believe that and start making up stories and the next thing you know she can't get a job because of fake shit that's out there. I personally would have slapped the crap out of him for that. He is still her child to teach even if he is thirty years old.

Goya has many products and because she said it was red it was probably Sofrito. Sazon is also red but it’s a powder seasoning.

I’m so proud of her. She was actually right about the milk. You never supposed to go by the sale date on the carton, that’s not the expiration date. You look to see if the milk is coagulating and smell it to see if it’s spoiled.

If milk is bad you will know! The smell will knock you over and the milk will pour out in chuncks. Just because it has a best by date doesn't mean it's bad past that date it means it is freshest before that date.

Trust me, they do not use the lids to chop up veggies. That could be used as a weapon. The have washable utensibles that can be purchased in commisary. Pretty much everything we can get at a convenience store is sold in prisons.

Goya is a brand. Not a seasoning in & of itself. Goya "seasoning" is probably in the ethnic multicultural aisle at Walmart. Where you find rice, beans, canned Jalapeno's, etc. Several others have mentioned she probably needs Sofritos seasoning.

I worked in the prison system in Texas for 10 years. They never used honey like that and they never had access to fresh veggies like that unless they worked in the kitchen. This is not a typical prison spread. It is interesting though.
