Recipe:
Batter :
1cup self rising flour
1cup sugar
pinch of salt
1cup of milk or butter milk.
1large can or 2 small cans of
peaches with juice
9x13 pan
1 stick of butter
place stick of butter into pan
put in oven to melt
remove from oven
pour batter over butter
then pour peaches over batter
do not stir
sprinkle with cinnamon
put back into oven
cook for about an hour
at 350 degrees
till top is brown and bubbly
Enjoy 😋

Peach cobbler recipe 1 cup self rising flour 1 cup sugar Dash of salt 1 cup milk or butter milk 1stick of butter melted in pan Sprinkle cinnamon on top Bake in 350 degrees For about an hour Depending on your oven Until top is golden brown And bubbling ❤😋

9x13, but really you could use any size you want it will just be a little deeper ❤️😉

Our Czech version was peach, fruit "kolatch". Phonetically cu' lahtch' or cu'lahtch key. Used yeast in that dough like most Czech baking.

I’m out of milk should I use vanilla yogurt or almond milk?

I've never tried either one before, so I'm not really sure but you could try it maybe use a little of both almond milk is watery but the yogurt might help thicken it up.

The crust is the batter you pour in, it rises up around the peaches 😋

We call this Crazy Crust Cobbler because the Batter comes to the top and makes the crust... SEE the finished results at the end of the video.
