I honestly didn’t think I would gather much from this video because you’ve talked about a lot of these toys in other videos, but I’m always glad I watch your videos! My baby will definitely be getting some of these toys that I didn’t even know existed, but we need in our life. Thank you for making videos that I get excited about popping up in my feed!

Many of those are favorites in our house too! “Elmo’s got five crayons in the box. Oh yeah, that’s what he’s got. Red, orange, yellow, green, blue. Counting 1,2,3,4,5 with you!” 😂😂 Added the boogie board to my daughter’s list after I saw Sophie’s birthday video. I’m excited to play with too! And I am definitely checking out the family builder set. So neat! Thanks for sharing!

Great video! Thanks for the ideas. Have you tried the leap pad? I have heard so many great things but it’s pricey!
@MommaAlia7 жыл бұрын
Thank you! And no I haven't. The price is also something that's kept us from getting it. For that price I feel like why not get her an iPod or something lol. I really wanna try one out though!

My daughter is about to turn 3 so I'm checking out your toy recommendation videos. I'm thinking about getting the Leapstart for her, since she loves letters and loves to read. Would you recommend that versus the ABC backpack?
@MommaAlia5 жыл бұрын
We like the LeapFrog backpack better than the Leapstart! Although it doesn’t offer much reading activities😕

Hi.. just found your channel and love your content. I have my baby who just turned one last week. I don’t really know what toy to get him because he’s in the phase where he wants to put everything in his mouth and chew on it. I bought him like the simplest toys like the fisher price stacking toy and the b toys squishy blocks and he has not developed the phase where he will stack them whatsoever even if show him how or teach him.. nothing. All he wants is to chew and throw toys away. I don’t know if there’s something wrong but I’m just having a little bit of anxiety about this.. thanks

Thank you!! It sounds very normal for his age to me. Babies actually learn a lot by using their mouths for play so that’s why it’s really big at this age. I would probably get a couple toys that he could grow into because by the time they’re two they still do it but not nearly as often. But I would also get some toys that would encourage or for it to be OK for him to stick in his mouth. There’s some really great teethers out there or even just oral sensory friendly kind of toys. If you want more specific suggestions and you’re on Instagram send me a message over there and I can send you screenshots of toys that I’m thinking of!
