What kind of smoothies do you put them in? Do you taste the tumeric and ginger when you add to smooties?

Laura F. Protein powder, blueberries, MCT oil, frozen avocado chunks, Usually a water base, but sometimes almond milk or coconut milk. Yes, each bag has its own unique flavor, So if a particular batch is too strong on one veggie, you just add a little less. Each batch turns out a little different.

Yeah, I just used this as a motivation to get more variety; and I blanched and froze most everything. So the blanching helps rescue flavor from potential freezer burn. People who drink these health smoothies don't always care about the taste. ``The end justifies the means,'' in their book. They are trying for the good gut biome. But I think variety is good, even if I cook it and don't get the microbiome. I kept these sorted out/not a ``mashup.'' She went organic, so light rinsing is all Dana needed; if you don't buy organic, you have to do a lot more washing to rid them of pesticide. Dr. Dean Adair used to prescribe a two-hour soak to rid your veggies of pesticides.
