Hi there. Doing most of these detailed cleaning since 2020. Always have a spray disinfectant on hand to cover all cleaning areas. Can get stressful but it becomes a good habit. What tips do you have for someone to clean that has contamination OCD. How often to clean an area. My fear is if I don't constantly clean then things will contaminate other things and my bed clothes or close in the closet will stink. I cannot put clean clothes at the end of the bed as they may smell like feet.
