Momo's Cannons Are AMAZING In My Hero Ultra Rumble

Momo’s Cannon was buffed in the most recent patch for My Hero Ultra Rumble. The cannon already did huge damage whenever you hit someone directly with it but now that damage is even higher making it more deadly. Enjoy these solo matches with the newly buffed Momo!

It occurs to me that, if you want to use her cannons effectively. You must knock them down first, and then use the cannons as a pressure tool to force them to get up in the direction you want them to go. Say you've knocked them down outside of the caves or next to the storm (you did both at 3:30), you put the cannons to the side of them that they'll want to run away from (away from the cave/the storm). If they see your plan, you pressure them to go towards the caves or the storm (and without the storm, you pressure them to go into or above the caves), where you might have the upper hand. If they don't see your plan, you may nail them with the cannons. With the right aim, it could be a strong (though situational) 50/50.

Yeah using the cannons in one direction and then shield rushing in the other puts a lot of pressure on the opponents wake up and leads to them essentially choosing what hard hitting move they’d rather get hit by

Yeah it’s rough for kiri in that match up. I think even if your in harden she can still knock you down with her alphas and obviously the shield beats out his moves.

cannon is always good but very situational. i feel like it would hit players more often if someone was to main her and exclusively level up her cannon first for months. aka experience. because when it hits...it hits HARD.

Give uraraka a try! You’ll need some degree of aiming when using her alpha / gamma but you can also get a lot of work done with her beta and that doesn’t require any aiming at all. You’d just need to get to level 9 as quick as you can. kirishima is also pretty solid since he’s very tanky and can trade with lots of characters

Nah her alphas the same way he changes she got was just a damage increase to the gamma and a increase to how long it reloads as well. At least to my knowledge that what happened

That kendo probably knows the fly tech, using that tech feels like glitch abusing and looks like you are cheating. I too main kendo but I rarely use the tech and I think most kendos do the same. Thing is if you play kendo you probably know every trick she has, and with the fly tech you sometimes feel bad after using it and simply choose not to.

I’ve had a few instances where I would take damage from other characters even while shield rushing but I’m pretty sure that’s a bug. That being said they nerfed the cooldown before so I’m sure they aren’t opposed to nerfing it again
