3:25 I kinda feel like PR Balrog lost match two here. He was trying to win the round without using any meter, but ended up having to spend critical art on it. If he'd spent the meter on one, maybe two EX dash punches in V-Trigger, he'd have ended the round for sure and spent less meter, even building some back on the V-Trigger follow-up rush punches. He'd still have entered round two with quite a lot of meter and probably would have been able to get an early round two critical art, which of course would have put him in great position. Instead, he ended up losing round two, and with Momochi fully stocked while he had only one EX's worth of meter left himself. You can see with that amount of life Momochi had left at the end of round two, there's a good chance that PR Rog probably would have won the round and the match, especially if he hadn't missed the V-Trigger cancel at 4:19 and then messed up the combo at 4:40. Of course, I'm not the one who earned the chance to sit in that chair, and hindsight is 20/20, so maybe I shouldn't criticize, but it just seemed like a poor decision to me.

The fact that Momochi actually can consistently deal with the top players of the world with ken is absolutly amazing. I mean, i've always felt so frustrated because i chose ken for my main character and since i started playing SFV i've tried my best to improve with him but man, the lack of movements that he suffers is horrofying, i think everyone who happens to tried to be good with ken knows what i mean. Momochi has to perfectly hit confirm every single movement and has to have the perfect reflects for having a chance to beat anyone. And he actually does, but he's not all perfect, so he obviously doesn't commonly win tournaments. But man, i know that if he gave an opportunity to other kind of character, he'd surely be in the top of the top of the Street fighter V community

Luisete993 I found it tough with ken initially, but he actually isn't that bad. His one hit confirm target combos are tough. But his best confirm is CR MP, Stand LK. It's so good wnd easy to do, with time wnd patience you can do it. Ken is real fun and rewarding in then end if played properly

That's not true, Azrael. We can get intel from people near any given pro player about what matchups that player has practiced. I don't know if this is the case for Momochi in particular, but we can get factual information about how much matchup practice a particular player has. In addition, if using reversals was always a hail mary, why do certain players have demonstrably higher success rates with reversals than others?
