Mini rant inspired by Bob’s home burning down - I lived in an RV for 3 years so I could travel freely while WFH. This past year something happened where major supports were failing so I let my insurance know and took it in to a mechanic. The mechanic knew a couple days later that the costs to repair would be ridiculous and might as well just be considered “totaled”…..it wasn’t until 3 months after taking it in that the insurance company FINALLY paid us out, and I know that that was them moving fast but during that time it felt like an eternity. All that being said, wishing Bob (and anyone else experiencing that struggle) the best of luck and a swift resolution on their insurance fiasco!
