I just have baths be my happy time. They reset me. When I first had my back injury, I couldn't stand and move my arms for that long. So, I tried to make baths more enjoyable. First of all, I know I'm going to be in there at least an hour. So, I budget time for it. I bring a fresh drink. I clean the tub out, every time. Just a couple swishes back and forth with some dawn. Then every other week I clean it with scrubbing bubbles. That way I don't feel like I'm marinating in something unclean. I take one bath per day, so it's not like I have any buildup of dirt in the tub. I relax, and refresh the water a few times. I watch a good show, or listen to some soothing music. I finish with some Epson salt, which helps with any achy bones. It's my favorite time of day besides bedtime LOL
