As a former front desk employee, this is traumatizing 😂😂 yes, you should be able to get an early checkin, especially if it’s an easy computer system, but our manager was so particular about assigning all rooms in advance and never reassigning everyone. Made it so stressful for the employees. He did it that way because some employees would check people into occupied rooms if the rooms weren’t all assigned and not moved😂
