Pinterest has a ton of recipes using tempeh, that's probably a good place to start. Years ago when I was vegetarian I would use it in place of tofu in stir fry, I can see making a very nice stir fry with some of that brocolli and maybe some carrots and onions with a good stir fry sauce. It has a really nice flavor and a firmer texture than tofu. I had a delicious BBQ Tempeh salad with BBQ sauce and green peppers and onion that I loved but I bought that at a deli so I am not sure how it all went together

Salsa is great in chili soup vegetable beef or meatloaf if you don't have pepper onion and tomato sauce use it in place of those holy 3 items
