Weekday Vlog | Staying calm and happy | Chicken Mandi in roasting tin |A Day in my Life

Shooting on days when my mood is dull or low, is never possible because am in no mood of taking out that camera. When am happy, i happily capture to share with you all.
Like anyone, i too have very very bad days and its not anyone's fault. Over the years i have convinced myself that its okay to be not okay sometimes or most of the times. But this affect badly on the family. When am dull, the whole house is dull and there's no smile on anyone's face. Hence i try to keep myself calm by doing what i love to do. And this might include the most silliest task. Could be changing sheets, watering plants or even just hearing the sound of wind by opening the window. Or sometimes all i need to have some time for myself. I just need a cup of tea or coffee to power me up, sit and relax in silence.
For me fortunately, my mood brightens in a day or two with the support of my family. My husband is my greatest support and really blessed to have him.

Just a suggestion- i notice when u wash dishes the area next to ur sink is full of soapy water.. i genrally pile dishes to be washed inside the sink, wash each utensil with water n keep on the side of the sink,then switch off tap, wash utensil with soap n pile inside the sink(not outside).. then i open the tap and wash, which saves water (cos other soapy dishes inside get washed too)n no soapy mess outside the sink.. hope u understood my method😬

Yeh Shamsheera I do find happiness & contentment in interiors , actually it’s my stress buster when I feel like shouting out all my loneliness, monotony & frustration.
