The Monarch is a Tech-Tree Tier 8 British Battleship. It has 9x 381mm guns. This video shows 1 game, played on Two Brothers, where I showcase myself with my thought process on what happens in the match, and give insight on what I think of the ship.

I liked Monarch even before the buff. The sigma buff from earlier was great as is. This buff makes her, unironically, one of the best ships in the line, tier for tier. As for the Congratulatory perma camo, it comes from the WoWS 2nd Anniversary collection, which comes with a bunch of permacamos/eco packages for five tech-tree ships (Monarch, Charles Martel, Z-23, New Orleans and Kiev). It's well worth spending the coal to finish it to get all the bonuses, makes the grind for the ships a little easier (if so inclined).

I enjoyed the Monarch before the buff, it was average enough, better than richeleau i thought. the Lion is Stinky dog doo though, those gun angles are cringe. Big Fan.
