I believe it’s about a woman, portrayed by Dita von Teese, as a black widow, a black spider known to kill its partner once fertilized. Here I think it means that she used to consume his energy and love and was reckless about his feelings for her, so he separated from her. I’m not sure but that’s the perception i get from the video!
