Once again Monat has disappointed us per usual where they terminate someone for speaking up about the treatment they received from leaders. But Monat still allows other market partners that have been caught doing absolutely vile actions to stay in the company. *Also let it be known that I don't tolerate victim blaming in the comment section. I am proud of Angelique for this and realizing when she did. Our purpose here is to call out unethical actions and be happy when someone gets out and starts to see the light. Also remember theres a grief process attached to this. She lost something she thought would be there for her always. This is what cults do. @@zoebaker21426 I saw a couple people saying at most that no one handled the situation well, including the SEDs. That was about the most positive I ever saw. Then on the flip people just asking the SEDs if they should be blocking Angelique.... But I kept a close eye on the chat in another video, and didn't see anyone come out straight in favor of Angelique, but a few people did liiightly diss the behavior of the SEDs. Oh and one person said they saw the video (presumably CC's interview) and did not find it hateful at all. So some hope!

There’s a correction that should be made. It was not Britty. It was Christina Smallwood. Christina directly responds to the Angelique situation and gives her own version of events on Instagram (I believe). It is reacted to by Savannah who posted the video two weeks ago. Britty just entangled herself in it. If you watch CCs video from two days ago Angelique doesn’t name Christina Smallwood but she does mention circumstances that are unique to Christina’s life- and towards the end CC does “slip” the name in.

I agree, I've seen many Christians hide behind God and his word to do bad. They say "I've prayed about xyz...." or something similar. And really what they're saying is, "it's ok because God" and it's really sad. I just witnessed something similar happen to a friend. Her friend used her "Christian values" as an excuse to do some hurtful things to my friend. Christianity shouldn't be a mask, or an excuse to cover up bad behavior. Just be real, we are all imperfect and are all just doing our best.

I'm a Christian as well and my family is too, but my family has built a sort of toxic echo chamber that I'm only now discovering is toxic as an adult. The language that they've used to make themselves look good and the rest of the world bad and keep all of us kids in the echo chamber is very similar to the language being used by this company to save face and justify themselves. It's sickening to watch and I also can't stand people hiding behind God to justify treating people like crap and getting away with it. It's cult-like behavior and it drives me crazy.

I hate any business/management team that treats employees like children. I am a female in Healthcare and I don't love it when doctors, management, or anyone considered "over us" call us "the girls". I am a grown ass woman with years of experience, bills, and student loans. I work a 40+ hour week. I am an adult and should be treated as such. name. From what I got, she really doesn't think she did anything wrong- in fact, it seems she 100% believes Angelique was the one in the wrong and *deserved* to lose her source of income because she didn't 'behave', and this call it just like "see what happens when you don't behave?". What I found disturbing is that, according to her, compliance told her to talk to Angelique- this woman did not care one bit for her, she just tried to love-bomb her into not speaking out because the company knew how bad it would be for them if this information got out and fell into the hands of the Anti-MLM community, so she had zero issues ex-communicating Angelique and painting her as a villain the moment compliance gave her the get go because, from her perspective and the last bit of interactions she had, Angelique chose 'the wrong side'.

Unless the thing they did is something I disagree with, in which case, host an hour call and subtly disparage them - Don’t be fake, but also don’t you dare say, whisper, speculate, or think anything negative or critical - If you allow yourself to listen to other people’s honest experiences that don’t align with your upline, you are listening to Satan himself and are spreading death, discord, and utter destruction to everyone around you. But still, you know, people drive drunk all the time, so, don’t worry about it, or something. - It’s important to know how to deal with conflict. But never mention what the conflict is, who is involved, what it entailed, or how it will be resolved. - When all else fails, change the subject. Don’t address the claims. Deflect, deflect, deflect. This situation perfectly illustrates why it's dangerous to take random people and pit them against each other with financial incentives. In a normal corporation model, you have conflict resolutions, human resources, grievance procedures, complaints procedures, sanctions, suspensions, investigations. You have a hierarchy of QUALIFIED professionals who's job it is to keep the wheel turning and the business running smoothly. In MLMs, the hierarchy is based on a combination of luck and money. Either you recruit enough people under you, or you can afford to buy a rank, which then puts you in a position of power over other people. When most of these "leaders" lack any form of interpersonal skills or experience of running an actual business. It becomes like a playground of kids running a yard sale, getting into fights with each other and kicking out anyone who annoys them. What a joke.

it’s insane because the same kind of thing happened to me today. i resigned from my job yesterday due to unethical public actions taken by the institution i worked for. low and behold when i show up to work this morning, the director of HR was there to escort me out because of my dissenting opinions. angelique is so inspiring and thank you for this video, isabella. if you suspect your group could be a cult, evaluate it! look into it! be objective! you might just be in a cult.

So I’m inferring that they don’t get paid for doing those constant zoom calls. For example, Angelique was for Monat as a company wanting to still be a part of it, but is also against shitty unethical behavior from the reps of said company.
