You're killing your natural gut bacteria when you do these "cleanses". No! Just say "no!" Your gut is balanced. If you start playing with it, you'll make things worse. If you're on antibiotics, which can kill your good gut bacteria, eat regular yogurt daily 2 hours before or 2 hours after you take your antibiotics so you don't kill the antibiotics. Very important. I have IBS so I swing from constipation to running to the bathroom and I have a condition that requires antibiotics. All of this is very balanced. I have to be very careful when I take medications and what I eat and what meds I take around the antibiotics or the meds for my IBS. Please talk to YOUR doctor. Not some rando on the internet.

I wish the starfish sunning was satire. Skin cancer is a thing. Yes, you do want to get about 10 minutes of sun a day (not on your starfish)...just being outside in clothes...to help with vitamin D & vitamin K production. That's it. That's all you need daily. Many of us take a multivitamin because we do not have the time to stand in the sun for even 10 to 15 minutes a day. No, sitting in your car or house with the sun coming through a window will NOT help. You must be outside. You can still get the rays you need even if it's cloudy outside. Be careful & do NOT overdo it. Also, take a multivitamin if your diet doesn't have enough vitamin D or vitamin K from what you have. The sun helps you with absorbing & creating vitamin D & K.

Do NOT give raw milk to babies or children. Their little immune systems cannot handle it. You will make them sick. Same with raw honey. Don't give a baby, toddler, or child raw honey. There are times that the processed stuff is SAFER for you and your child.

We are omnivores (everything eaters) NOT simply carnivores (meat eaters) or herbivores (plant eaters). You NEED fruits, veggies, starches, good fats, and meat (or protien sub. if you don't eat meat).

FYI: Allergies to ANYTHING can happen overnight. You can be immune to perfumes and dyes or whatever else one day and the very next day you can break out in hives. I had this happen to me with laundry detergent and blue jeans. I haven't been able to use any other laundry detergent beyond "Free & Clear" (usually All brand) and Free & Clear (Bounce dryer sheets) nor have I been able to wear blue jeans since 2002. I went to work on a casual Friday and by 10am my legs were covered in hives. I had to call my husband to bring me a pair of yoga pants and I had to take Benedryl which I always have in my purse (you should always carry Benedryl for a number of reasons but this is the main one). My husband had to go buy some laundry detergent, back then they didn't have the All Free & Clear, they only had the detergent for baby's clothes so he got that and went home and washed all of my clothes and I finished washing them when I got home because some needed to be hand washed. Just be aware that you CAN become allergic to something that you weren't allergic to the day before or even a few hours early. Keep benedryl on you unless you cannot use it then have your doctor tell you what to use as a substitute for Benedryl.

As someone who has a Commercial Online Bakery in NY, transporting/shipping cookies is a very touchy thing. I can ship all over the country, and I heat seal everything. Everything usually takes at most 2-3 days to ship but they're also sealed. And not stale when they arrive. I would HATE if this happened to my business even though I'm so much smaller than Crumbl.
