I just learned it’s a commemorative of the knife GW’s mother gave to him. It does have a unique blade in it. Learning new things everyday! Was there any cutlery companies up in Canada? I’m still trying to learn them and learn where they were located. Have a great day brother!

@@ClarksKentuckyKnives Very cool. Grohmann is a well known Canadian maker of hunting and bush knives. They are based out of Pictou, Nova Scotia. I have one old pen knife that, if i recall was made by Wilson Tools around WWII. They are no longer in business, to my understanding. if I come across others, i will let you know. Have a great day!

cool, the GW knife is meant to commemorate the famous knife his mother gave him...the story of that knife and a pic of it is in an article called "George Washington Penknife" on a site called Lodge No. 22
