Sister i dont put so mny spices. I just put udayam nalla oil. Thn mustard fenugreek dried chiili turmeric hing tamarind water salt. Once thicken add rice. Lastly chillie powder n stir. So yummy. Curry leaf too. Chana dal in oil . Everybody say so nice. Bt u doing the proper way maybe. Thanks
