What was Mzee Jomo Kenyatta's crime that made the colonialist to arrest him? Was he charged with any crime such as theft the way gachagua was charged with theft? The answer is NO. Mzee Jomo Kenyatta's only crime was is personal sacrifice to fight for the freedom of this country. What is Raila Odinga's crime which makes the likes of Gachagua to talk of his arrest? Like the late Mzee Jomo Kenyatta, Raila has committed NO crime other than his determination to fight for the freedom of Kenyans. Is leading Kenyans in demanding for their constitutional rights a crime? Political demonstrations are never a crime. Raila and others like Matiba and many others demonstrated to demand multiparty system of government and because of their demonstrations, Moi's government agreed to allow multiparty politics. Now that Raila, Kalonzo, Martha Karua, Jeremiah Kioni, just to mention a few are sacrificing their lives to demonstrate to demand affordable cost of living, they are being brutally attacked by the police and goons hired by the government as if they have committed a crime. Dictatorship like that of Idj Amin of Uganda has reached Kenya.
