Need a breath guard and pop filter on the microphone. Let's setup a project with resources assigned to this task. Develop a WBS for vendor selection, comparisons of solutions and quantitative evaluation criteria. Before that let's do an ANOVA analysis on the relevant statistical parameters for this effort, multi-variant tests, evaluations, and so on. In about 4 months we will have sufficient basis to determine the core policies and team members surrounding this effort...

Great Video! This has given me a lot of ideas. I see that you have a Project High Level board that is used to kick off the project. How does any of that information flow back into that High Level board? Can you only track a Projects progress through the Dashboard? Is the High Level board only there to kick off the work flow? I'd really like to see this workflow update the project item's status in the High Level board so a manager can track the progress of a project by status instead of the project tracking widget.

Hey Olivia! The blue link symbols are associated with our deadline mode feature. Deadline Mode works by connecting together a Date or Timeline Column together with a Status Column on your board. More details can be found here, support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002646059-Deadline-Mode. That being said, you will no longer see the blue link symbol as this is an outdated advanced demo from 2020, however the function still works the same ☺️

Hello I wounder if there is an option to set holidays on calendar so when we setup timeline for tasks got notification or make the days invisabile of this option available , also if there is way to migrate timelines created using ms project to Monday ? or we must recreate the timeline and input the tasks manually ??

We don't currently have the ability to block out particular days within the calendar view or timeline columns. Whilst we don't currently have a feature to import timelines directly from MS Project, you can export from MS Project to Excel and then import the Excel into monday! Hello, you missed an entire but crucial area by not covering how each of these project metrics are being rolled up into a single portfolio/program management dashboard, were these metrics and vitals for each individual project are viewed, measured and compared across all the projects. This is needed to find which projects are in need of attention or more attention, and which projects are over or under budget.

You can check out these similar templates: Project requests and approvals - available in the template center (instead of the Projects approval board) High level projects here - stories.monday.com/templates/show/993 (instead of the Program high level) Single project - available in the template center (instead of Project Romeo) We don't currently have a board template similar to the Risk Register but this would be easy to recreate in your account!
