Is there a way to create a 2-way requests? Meaning the project owner requests a work request, team members who are available will request back and say if they are available to take up the job, and then finally project owners approve to choose 1 or multiple team members to be responsible for the job? thank you in advance

I'm only 7 minutes in, and perhaps this question is answered later but for Request Type, is there a way to allow the person making the request to select multiple types? Maybe they need a flyer, but they also need that flyer to become a social media post, for example. Or will they have to fill out a separate request form for each type?
