Being so obsessed with race will change nothing, it’s time leaders need to take off their blinkers and see all South Africans as citizens.

One wonders how a “Non-Black Business Forum” would be received by the masses
@claudettebirkett13022 күн бұрын
Race is an obsession with leaders of this country ! Of course the demographics will show more black unemployed men and women because they are the majority. Thanks for this show and for asking the difficult questions which the mainstream media always FAIL to do.

How is a “Black Management Forum” not a racist organization? Can you imagine an Indian Management Forum, or Coloured, White etc.

Divide and conquer.... That's what its all about. Instead of getting everyone who is suitably qualified to do the job and get things working as they need to be.... They continue with their race descrimination - probably for cader deployment...

There are similar mafia's everywhere ( Fisheries, Forestry, Energy, Harbours, Transportation...you name it ) and my guess is that they are all part of - and feeding - the ANC monster.

Honestly, I thought BMF stood for Black Mafia Family 😅...well, I was wrong

BMF is simply another cadre feeding organisation. I tried very hard to find any direct answers to simple questions. This is a classical ANC (communist) technique

1994 changed things. The whole world was our friend. There was no more need for "push-back". If our government harnessed ALL the human capital available, and made them ALL work in the same direction, then we would have grown exponentially. Our government, however, chose to continue dividing us along racial lines. White knowledge, experience and know-how was forcibly replaced or removed through the racist BEE laws - to the disadvantage of ALL people in the country. It seems the ANC government's only consideration was popular votes in order to remain in power. This is bad management in the extreme.
@thabokabai4188Күн бұрын
The BMF could have harnessed this legislation it’s responsible for to build and grow new (black owned) businesses. Through BBBEE and preferential procurement, BMF members should’ve been channelled/deployed to these new businesses being propped up by State spending and with their skills and leadership build them into competitive businesses/industries and make a REAL contribution to the economy.
