This may be way off, but just feel a need to mention. Her symptoms sound undeniably similar to what I experienced for years, and then after I was married and routinely sharing a bed, we learned I was having seizures in my sleep. So an epilepsy diagnosis at age 27 made the prior 15 years of painful, unexplained symptoms suddenly make sense. The migraines plus jaw related issues really hit this home. But I hear “scans” mentioned early in the video so maybe testing has already been done to rule this out. ❤️

I've been watching these videos for a while now. Maybe close to a year. What is this treatment actually called? I've been to a few chiropractors in my area (Southeast PA) and the most any have done is elbows and wrist in addition to back of course. No deep tissue massage, and no other joints. So what is this treatment actually called to be able to ask chiropractors if they do?

The piercings are typically ineffective because it’s over stimulation of the nerve, or the piercing just doesn’t connect with the nerve at all. It takes extreme precision to actually pierce in an effective place, but over time, the nerve becomes overstimulated and by then it’s desensitized.

Ooo... the migraine-sinus double whammy. I get that. For me, triptans helped with my migraines, but they're stupid expensive, even in Canada. So, my remedy is usually some ibuprofen and a nap, if I'm able to. For me, they're triggered by tiredness, and certain lights, and scents. Air-conditioning (Freon). I think I may have a cheese, and wine triggers... but I can't be sure. I don't drink enough red wine to test, lol. Sometimes just thinking about migraines will trigger one. Like, my migraine spot is starting to hurt right now, lol. I've been considering getting a daith piercing, but still unsure. As for my sinus... it's just a mess. I have a bunch of polyps, and I get congested a lot. Every time I yawn, my eyes and nose run... and I yawn a lot, for some reason, though I sleep great. Tylenol is more helpful with that, but I usually just press and rub my sinus areas, and it helps a bit.

Same with my migraines. Neurologist try to put you on the craziest meds, none of which are meant for migraines, so I just take tylenol. Allergies are also a trigger of mine. My biggest triggers are lack of sleep, _dehydration_ (big one), and my iron going low. *Take magnesium and b12 supplements* LOTS of published research link b12 and Mg deficiency to migraines. During an attack, strap an ice pack to the base of your head/neck and make the strap tightly encircle your whole head. I'm so sorry you in this stupid club. For most of my life after puberty hit, I have had migraines 3-4 days a week. They suck. I hope you feel better.
