Well explained. I was actually looking at the P2Pool concept yesterday and your video came out just on time to help me understand the mechanics behind it. Would appreciate if you can make a video from start to finish on how to mine on P2Pool after setting up Monero wallet. I think this comes in handy especially for low end machines who do not have big hashrate. Once again thanks for the video and looking forward to a follow-up video. Cheers!

Thank you very much for the feedback!! The GUI video from last week shows how to mine from the wallet with P2Pool at least, but ofc there is way more detail to get into because GUI is almost a bit TOO all in one :D next steps will be external Node to connect to and other ways to use P2Pool without having to always run a GUI wallet on that machine :) I gotta say P2Pool makes XMR mining way more interesting for any kind of machine :) thanks for tuning in mate! @@CursedMining Thank you for your response. I am gng to test the P2Pool mining shortly. And yeah, the video explaining connection to an external node will be amazing. I have few machines in my network and the plan is to run full blockchain of XMR and then have all the machines connect to a proxy which is then connected to the P2Pool. In theory it should work but since I am setting this up for the first time, I am sure I will have some obstacles.

Heyho!! I really appreciate the feedback!! I tried captions in different versions (baked into video / CC captions) for some videos (like here kzbin.info/www/bejne/qZCQn4Cgl5iCrpY ) but did not have many reactions to it - so your feedback means a lot!! Will include in every video from now on! Do you feel the KZbin captions feature is better than "fixing" them into a video? P.s: I feel you on the accents - I try my best! :D I do a lot of videos for crypto projects so often having to sub tons of different accents - maybe because of that I got lazy here, but will change! Thank you again!!

Haven't found a better way than trial and error yet unfortunately.. or wasting some hashing power by doing 24h test (but with everything except P2Pool you will not reach minimum payout in that time, that's why I meant wasted). Also regarding those tests you can't fully rely on others, as your locations physical distance to the pool (or nearest node) can matter.. hope that helps a bit, a new video on an easier way to use P2Pool is coming out the day after tomorrow :)
