Because that is not deposit, SLR and CRR are calculated on Net Demand and Time Deposits.

It's not hyper inflation there.. Inflation is at 17%-20% Hyper inflation happens when its in 3 or 4 digits.

New Green Revolution is aimed at making it sustainable. With respect to Organic Farming, 100% we can't reach. Even if we try, we wont have enough productivity to cater the needs of large population. Thats why we brought Green Revolution and HYV-Fertilizer based system. May be 10-15% share could be Organic.

They should maintain it. For explaining the concept i m taking simple example. If reserves like CRR & SLR is increased, Money multiplier effect will decrease and vice versa.
