Please note certain language differences between Australia and the US. "Rooting" in Australia is a slang word for "fucking", or more politely "Sexual intercourse". Applies to all sexes, vegetables, and inflatable dolls. If someone were to say "I'm rooting for you" in Australia , they'd probably get "punched out", which means swiftly clobbered. Have a nice day!

I didn't know jack about Aussie politics back in 2019, but fast forward to 2023 and if there's 3 things I know, Scomo sucks at fires, Gladys Berejiklian sucks at everything, and that dude that loves to fight harmless cameramen, John Barilaro. Needless to say, thanks for keeping me entertained, informed, and distracted from my own sinking ship of a country. Cheers mates and please stay away from fires and out of jail!

What’s worse is the other side is just as bad when it comes to shootings. While the right resists any change, the left continually pushes for legislation that wouldn’t work with little to no research behind it like “common sense” gun control. If they focused on better mental health access, trained school guards, changing the toxic way media reports on shootings, and vetting out corrupt cops like those at Uvalde, I guarantee shootings would be massively reduced.
