I realized I wasn’t depressed, I was just being lazy, when I felt like that I used to look for sad videos, quotes etc… now instead of doing that I find a lot of things to do . In less than a month I became obsessed with achieving things and it feels so good to “create something “. As an Latin American people around me told me to seek for a specialist and all of that, when I started working out harder, reading books (educational books) unfollowing those bullshit models, rappers, memes etc… all my depression disappeared Thanks a lot 🙏🏿

I'm glad ahmad and myron agree with the feeling of accomplishment from being able to go and tell your Father that he no longer has to work anymore and that your son has made it and will cover all living expenses for you and mom moving forward.
