I am very happy to find someone as liked minded as i am, i always love the write my goals down, i watched the video when you were emphasizing on Note books/ notpad, i just laugh, because that me rite there. From teenager i wrote down that by the age of 35, i should own my a house, i did. i use to work a s a security office at UWI, and tell myself i am not gonna work here and not be a STudent here no way. i set my goal and within the first year of working there as a security, i was acceted. i always write my goals down on paper and start the action plan.

Very inspiring video. I will save to re-watch again and again. I know this strategy works because it has worked for me every time. The only thing was, my dreams were too small, too ordinary. I had too many fear of failure, I was too concerned about what others would think of me. I started believing for the things I thought were attainable for me, being able to buy food, pay my rent on time, file for my children and take care of them and myself as a single married woman, to move out of a basement to an apartment where I can see the snow when it's snowing, moving to another country with no family or friends. I didn't have the capacity to believe for greatness. I only dreamt of survival and surviving I am, I have the government job, the pension that is looking less attractive each year. I migrated, my children are with me, my rent is always paid on time, I live in a beautiful apartment where I can see the snow, I graduated college. At age 48 I know that I can still achieve the greatness I deserve but couldn't believe it could happen. Not that I haven't tried, I have been drawn to doing my own business, I have been selling t-shirts and candies/sweeties since age 12, opened my own hair salon at age 21 and is always selling clothes, but was never successful because of fear of pricing to make a decent profit, lack of planning, and staying too long in a relationship that fights against and tear down every progress I've made. I know this is long post but you have inspiring so much with this video, to believe again, to try again.

so i started to do my research, what does it take to go to University of the west Indies (UWI). That the first question i ask myself, my answser came up, 4CxCs, and a 2years course/ or 2 one years course, My next question was where was the most suitable school that i can go , that is most convient for my job, and bam, UWI Open Campus, was so right for my in many ways one one. it gaves me the oppertunties to go to school with focus minded students, looking forword for real UwI lifesysle, time is money kind of evironment, and more. So i did 4CXCs means while doing the two one year course. just say all of this to say to you, that is an example of Conceptualized, Visualized and Stragtegized. Love you girl.
