21:15 a restart occurs. That was not legal, right? Seems like Rob would take it on his 3, but he could have gotten it there if the goalie shot went in, no? I’ve played Shaw and he’s too good not to know the rules so I’m confused.

Rob's shot went off the table, off of Justin's 5 bar. Ball goes to Justin's 2 bar, no matter how it bounced off. No 3 bar involved, Rob doesn't take it at all.
