I am from the Mulund area I have been living in this area since my birth. This location is good but a little bit far from the station. It is called malabar hill of mulund not the suburb. 33000/00 seems to be reasonable. If you have a two wheeler then it can cut travelling costs.

Very organized and a sound minded bachelor...however he could improve a bit on his spending efficiency...he could get a similar 1bhk or smaller apartment near to his office in powai for 40-45k or even cheaper and invest the wasted commute time into his start up....right now he is spending some unnecessary stuff like paying higher rent for a building with amenities which he doesnt use for majority of the time...his current expense is way to high for a bachelor who has invested in a start up and has the aspiration of buying a home in Prabhadevi in near future...hope he reads this makes some course correction.

Legally not just societies but even landlords in Mulund which are predominantly dominated by Gujratis prefer to keep Veg Families. Their personal preferences and cultural values. No offense to Non Veg Families.

@@jshpriyank I asked because on at least a couple of occasions sellers suddenly changed their mind to sell to me when they found out I am a non-vegetarian. Oddly, I am not a staunch meat consumer. I reckon I eat meat maybe 3 times a week (3 out of 14 meals) but I felt it odd that people could dictate what others do inside their homes and get away with it. There are people who dictate who you can pray to, what you are permitted to eat, and what you can wear (for example there are clubs that permit women to wear short skirts but men need to wear long pants). Aren’t these infringements of basic freedom?

The day will become when Mamata Banerjee will become the PM of India. She will completely demolish these buildings or give it to peaceful people. Why can't people of other states be like Bengal? Bengal is the richest state in India. You can find gold even on roads. Kolkata is a paradise where every Indian dreams of working and living. Even the Japanese are jealous of the hygiene standards of Kolkata. It's extremely disturbing these buildings are rented out for above 30,000 when it should be rented for 1,000 in true Bengali Communist style. Learn from us Bengalis how to be rich but look like poor.
