i had the ipad 5, and just recently upgraded to the ipad air 4. i am most likely never going to get another ipad case with plastic borders because of how much filth, scratches, and other surprises sneak in there. (there would be a scratched line around were the case border was on my screen protector, not very fun) the other -great- thing about those cases is how easy they come off (not). just remember to clean your ipad every once in a while, it gets nasty 😭
