Her voice may not be for you, but you shan't deny her talent. If you said it about just about anyone else out here today, then yes, maybe, but based on the sole fact that it's BRANDY is ridiculous. She has received praise from the likes of Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Toni Braxton, Tony Bennet, and other such legends, and she's inspired most of these new girls too, like Ariana Grande, Jessie J, Chris Brown, Rihanna, Jhene Aiko, Jojo, and more. Hell her peers, Monica, Aaliyah, Usher, Jay-Z, Beyonce, etc. have praised her voice too. Based on the sole fact that you're trying to shade Brandy's voice, just means that you're telling on yourself. You're just some mad Monica stan that will find any reason to go down Brandy's throat. Why you so mad girl? There's really no reason to be.

There has also been music critics who criticize her voice. Quite a few typically say she knows how to use her voice in situations but she doesn't have the best voice. Just because you like her that does not mean other people are just Monica stans. The fact that you dissed the other artists out today shows how bias you are. You sound just as bad as those people who say she can't sing. I don't think Aaliyah, Brandy or Monica are the best vocalist but I know that they do have talent. And some of the younger people are inspired by her because they grew up during that time period. Nothing more nothing less. Those same younger people also mention Monica & Aaliyah along with Brandy. Most of them have praised the same group of people like Beyonce, Mariah, Whitney because they grew up on them. And some of the people you listed have not said anything about her or were just being nice like they do for most other people. Peers praise each other all the time just to be nice. I am an opera/classical girl so I don't see it for most popular music singers (past and present).
