Anyone else feel like without Tamar the girls seem a lot closer. It feels like I'm watching best friends just talking, while when Tamar was there it seemed like they were tip toeing around subjects and making sure they didn't upset the producers to much. They seem so much more relaxed.

Agreed. The show has the vibes of girlfriends chatting and the way the topics are being discussed feels more cohesive. You can tell that they're going in a different direction production wise with the way the women have dropped their facade of trying to be overly "hip" and are now veering toward being more genuine with each other without as many sideyes or inside jokes about one cohosts being thrown around with the intent to wound.

Vickiana De La Cruz Oh I meant the producers probably told them not to talk about it for legal reasons for the show. Tamar wouldn't have any grounds to sue the other hosts (so they could talk freely in outside interviews), but she could come after the show/the producers if she wanted to. Especially if she or Vince served the producers with papers saying they couldn't use her name or likeness (pictures, etc.) on the show from this point on.

+Nickizzle gardner Last time I checked the show is called THE REAL! So if they were being told what to say that would make it all fake, correct? Let's be REAL here. Tamar opened up about her life as the sister of an R&B Superstar, her marriage, beef in the music industry, and so forth. Jeannie opened up about her marriage with Freddie, growing up poor, being Asian and so on. Adrienne opened up about her failed relationships, wanting to be a wife, wanting kids, and so on.... You get the point.. They open up about their personal lives ALL the time, which is a why America fell in love with the show because it was REAL. All those tears, laughter, joy, and pain was REAL, the friendship between the 5 ladies was REAL OR SO WE THOUGHT!!! So the fact that they can all sit their behinds up there with that huge elephant in the room and no I'm not talking about Loni #NOSHADE ! It's completely fake and shady for them to sit up there and act as if Tamar isn't the reason they're where their at now!

I kinda agree, but I understand their decision to not do it right now. The producers received a lot of backlash from Tamar supporters. Maybe just let it set for a while and add another member later this season, or next.

I think they need time for the audience to move on from the idea of The Real with Tamar as a panelist before they add someone new. In next season, I think the hype will have died down enough where a new woman can be added without the show being sideyed vehemently, but to do it so quickly after the debacle with Tamar would have added salt to an already grizzly wound. No tto mention, messing with someone like Tamar when her mind is already focused on being snubbed by The Real executives would mean more dramatics than it's worth. Let her get her own show and then, the media will fall off the trail of this story and everyone can move on quicker.

I really hope they talk about get trip to Vietnam. her fashion is cool but she helped rescue and returned girls who were sold into slavery. that's an incredible story. of course keep it confidential but that's such a highlight from Jeannie this summer.
