You can add the vinegar plus rubbing alcohol & veryyy few drops of shower gel this will give a good smell, also rubbing alcohol will clean , shine your floors plus make it dry very quickly. Give it a try..

Hi Monica....just found your channel and don't know why I have not found you sooner🤗. Loved the video and your bathroom is gorgeous, which suggestion in case you haven't used it yet is the Shark Professional Steam Mop it has 3 settings. Steaming including wooden floors has not been a problem, the heat and water steam your floors to such a great clean finish and it kills the germs & bacteria. Love it so much it's a huge part of my cleaning arsenal. Hope you invest in one it is life changing. Please keep the videos coming, love them. Blessings & hugs.

Love all of your videos! I use Thieves cleaner to clean everything! Works wonderful! For mopping I add Thieves cleaner and Dr. Bronner’s liquid Castile soap to hot water. Best ever! I even use Thieves cleaner to clean my classroom- all natural and effective!

Omg for your floors try Castile soap with essential oils. I do a little bit of olive oil bc mine are real wood but I swear this soap conditions the floors ! I get mine from target! For a whole bottle it is $15 so a little pricey but its very concentrated

try putting essential oil in the vinegar mopping solution so the smell isn't super strong... I use water and castile soap to clean my tile and I love it!

Your decorating style is so beautiful and at the same time it looks so welcoming. Another great video. I’ve been considering getting a canister vacuum. Are you happy with yours and what brand is it? I have a Dyson stick vacuum but I’m not completely happy with it. I like using Method floor cleaners but I also use a microfiber mop with just water probably every other time. Also when I use my spin mop I go back afterwards and go over the floors with just warm water. I read something years ago that recommended doing that to get rid of any residue left behind but I’m older and when I started homemaking cleaners were much harsher. Thank you

First of all, thank you so very much Patricia 💖 My canister vacuum is a Kenmore. I hate it😣 Always something not working right. The floor attachment part currently keeps falling off while I’m using it. I love the convenience of my Dyson stick vacuum. My only complaint I have with it is emptying the small canister that holds the dirt. Sometimes it’s hard to get it all out. I’m sure the newer ones are better with that. 😉

I make my own floor cleaner. On a Mason jar a add orange peel and vinegar let it sit for 1week then I use the liquid from the jar into hot water to clean my floors smells citrus

I use with the hot water a splash of body soup actually I use the bath and body works body soup I descoverd a bottle that I have but I don't like the smell of it on my body so I decided to use it for the floors and it was Soooo waw I put just a splash not too much And it did my floors so clean and shiny

Ok well that is the one thing I didn’t paint myself. It was handed down from a family member. I think my aunt painted that one. I did do the chairs though. I used a primer. 2 coats. Then I use a basic white paint, usually from Walmart. That’s it. I will be painting the black table and chairs white soon. I plan on doing a video on how I paint them. 😊

I’m gonna be honest girl, it’s never under control🤣 I vacuum constantly. Twice a day. I brush him too. Not as much as I should 🤦🏼‍♀️ I also have a lint roller that I keep by the door. Oh... also, he’s not allowed on any of the furniture so that helps. We taught him that when was a puppy, so he’s really good about it💕🐾 I’m so happy you find my house beautiful 😊💕 Thank you so much 😘
