In my younger days I used to be a watch collector, but throughout the next twenty years I realised they were just materials that kinda did nothing, being kept by a non materialistic person. I might have one or two from my collection, or might have none, it doesn't bother me either way. Travel & adventure has been my main kick since & it never fails to make me feel alive. The crazy thing is, I don't even remember what I did with my watch collection. It kinda just desolved away into obscurity. I know I didn't sell them, that's for sure. Did I give them, I doubt it. Who knows, it doesn't bother me in the slightest. Maybe one day, someone will come across them & think they've struck gold aha.

Went ahead and got the Escape after the other video. Pretty pleased by it, finishing overall is nice, the bezel stands out especially and the twisting feature is fun and useful though I didn't notice that it was in ride mode at one point and misread the time by an hour, maybe a turning angle different to a multiple of 30° would have been a wiser choice. Drawbacks for me are no lume on the hands, whose design really was predestined for it - shame - and the water resistance of 5atm which is a bit of a joke for a watch at this price point, 10 would have been more appropriate. But that gets made up for by the exclusivity and cool-factor of the clutch plate dial. So though I wouldn't go as far to call it excellent, a solid watch for the price, especially with your discount code, thanks Freddie ;D Edit: One thing I forgot to mention: when the crown is screwed in all the way the logo on the crown doesn't end up in a position aligned to anything but at an odd angle, another little oversight in the design.
