Definitely part of my arsenal! A critical asset to professional photography. Another great tip Rich! I'm sure you've just enlightened and educated hundreds if not thousands of photographers who had no idea. Evergreen Real Estate Photography Vancouver, WA

Will do. Are you finding the Nix color reader helping you in this area? Thanks for the video.

I actually have not used it yet, that’s pretty funny, I keep it in my car and I’ll pull it out one of these days but I love the concept and I have tested it in my house and it appears to work very well and certainly something you could use on the designer shoot

Thanks Rich. What monitor do you use or what do you recommend?

My best monitor is a dell p2415Qb 24” It’s a super good monitor and I highly recommend it.

I calibrate my monitors once a month. I have both a Spyder Pro and a Color Monkey calibrators. My main issue is to what brightness level I should calibrate them to. The suggested and default 120 and 200 levels look way too bright to my eye. What brightness level and gamut do you calibrate your monitors too?
@RichBaum3 жыл бұрын
I just use the auto setting. I don’t get too technical with it.

I need to do this.. currently I usually look at photos on at least 3 monitors to make sure they look right.

Just do it !!!

Whenever I calibrate my monitor it just seems like it's so dark. I guess that's what we get though from being shot with extreme contrast and brightness all day long.
