This reading from Monkey Volume 4, Ant as a Glass of Water by Sawako Nakayasu was part of the introduction to an event highlighting author, Kawakami Hiromi. Kawakami Hiromi is also a regular contributor to Monkey going back to its founding. Her book, Dragon Palace also published in translation by the Monkey/Stone Bridge Press collaboration was highlighted along with People From My Neighborhood: Stories.
