@@mukaonline3 Its not a weird belief, its a real concern based on the idea that history repeats itself, that humanity's more selfish feelings tend to take over in those with power, and more advanced technology will eventually just fuel wars that will make ww2 look like a nice stroll on the beach. It is at the end of the day, more of a very stretched concern, but I don't think its an abnormal concern, there's a lot of evidence in history to support it as well.

This movie is based on events researched by archeologists, there has even been a documentary on 'Edward'. He had use of both arms, but there was proof that he was a slightly smaller male australopithecus. Our ancestors only had, usually, an alpha male, and an elder female, ruling tribes. If a male got good favor from the elder female, it didn't matter what the alpha male wanted, no one argued with the elder female, period. End of story. So he gained her favor and went on to later befriend the alpha and eventually take his place when he died. But one thing that gained the alphas favor before they became friends, was him teaching the tribe to hunt termites with twigs.

If you believe this movie parallels reality, or that the tale you spun is true, then you have NO understanding of ACTUAL human evolution, or evolution period. We have NO idea how ANY of our ancestral species ACTUALLY structured their social hierarchies, or daily lives. #We can guess at some things, but not actually know, because those things aren't fossilized. We do know, however, just through sheer logical deduction, that our ancestors had MANY different lifestyles, and hierarchical structures. That's because we know that we had many ancestors. Hell, ALL life on Earth shares common ancestors, if you go back far enough. (Did single cellular organisms, 3.8 Billion years ago, have an alpha male and female?) You know not what you talk about. This documentary was only giving a story to relate known, AND possible, facts, in an entertaining way. It WASN'T saying that the WHOLE story was true. But, you saw it on TV/internet, so it must ALL be true. Go actually learn something, then you can discuss facts...

That’s the so called uncanny look & they gave them more humans features. Tho many apes have very dark skin like gorillas & the white part of the eye is darker. Blue eyes didn’t existed until 10.000 years ago. Green are rarer than blues but still have more pigmentation. Lighter skin didn’t develop until immigrating North. Also the size of the infant are very wrong. They are the size of finger tips nearly. With that size difference the mother should be nearly running after birth.

Love how the female ape's name is Lucy. This movie is based on historical facts. The real Lucy was thr first hominin that was discovered in the 1970's. Her human-like remains were said to be 3.2 million years old when found in the 1970s.

@@animallover1130It's "Pourquoi j'ai pas mangé mon père" translated to "Why I didn't eat my father" I don't think there is a english dub for it, still quite funny tho edit: there is an english version, called "Animal Kingdom: lets go ape", and it apparently is garbage because the dub is terrible and they removed one of the most important scenes because "it could scare children"
