I just love love love this precious little monkey. But I have one question and it is in no way a criticism but a curiousity question and one of concern. So Please nobody come down hard on me. I have noticed that when her mom puts her down after holding her she always lays her on her tummy. I have never seen her just sit her up. Is there something health-wise wrong with her little back? Possibly a weakness or is it just that she is still practically a newborn. It cannot be that because Poor does climb around on some of the trees outside. Has anyone noticed this or am Ijust being overly concerned.

There is something wrong. Other monkeys on KZbin the same size are walking, playing and climbing trees, almost seems like baby is terrified or drugged, just can't figure it out

The monkey doesn’t move because in a cage his movements are restricted. If he was with his natural mother, she would carry him on her back and he would learn how to walk and climb. But, in a cage, all he does is sit. What a shame that these babies are kidnapped for KZbin money. And then, unfortunately, when they grow to be an adult are abandoned without any primate survival skills. It’s like putting a child in a chair and never making them walk and then suddenly asking them to walk….such abuse
