For the past 12 years, Rosy Acevedo has been creating all natural designer ice cream treats in Ensenada, Baja California. She currently has two locations in Ensenada (one is inside a Walmart) and is looking to expand across North America. All of the 28 flavors, including Rosemary, Red Wine, Red Velvet Cake, Caramel Pretzel and Lotus Cookie, are a mouthful of pure deliciousness.
