Black is in such a good spot you can build all major archetypes with it alone. Aggro? Want some Middy? Control Burn? It's got you. White is the same. Green though? It's dying in the woods. DYING.

Would you recommend keeping the graveyard trespasser over the phrexian gorger? Personally I like the menace and lifelink over the exile and it's ward of paying 3 or 7 I think is better over the discard

Trespasser is a great answer to mono blue which is generally why it's the preferred 3 drop for black

why not crew bankbuster with sheoldred at 21:29 ? 4 damage from bankbuster + 2 from drawing with sheoldred = lethal? What am I missing?

Lvd was playing around instant speed removal for sheoldred (destroy evil or something) that could kill her before the draw step

Playing around upkeep removal on Sheoldred preventing the lifedrain and this way keeping an extra blocker back for their Bankbuster.

I've barley played standard since they rotated out a ton of cards. It's boring now. Do they normally rotate out like 4 sets at a time? Or however many they did last time? I thought they just did the oldest set. But it seems like we lost a ton of cards for standard. I had a great deck and now 80% of the cards went out. Now I have to sit and play these decks constantly. Historic is only thing I play now. Got rid of too many cards

Burn is a blanket term for direct damage spells. It's considered black burn still

@@akinye well, there’s only one card in the deck that deals direct damage. Trespasser and sheoldred drain so I’d also consider this a drain deck over a burn deck Edit: and invoke despair of course is also drain
