This turned out so cute and pretty, and I like that the purple makes it pop. I've been wanting to try this but my colors always get muddy! Do you let the base layer dry for a while before moving on to the full color layers?

Alcohol markers dry almost instantly, so I never really need to wait very long :) that's why I like using them! My impatient self could never do paint ahah

@@CreativeCarrah Aah I know, I just find that working very quickly vs letting it sit for a while can make a difference with how things blend sometimes, depending on the paper! Maybe I just have too heavy a hand and saturate the paper too quickly. I'm the same way about paint lol

@@psychotophatcat yeah just do a light layer over top of the purple and if the purple is still visible, you can use deeper colors over top to cover it up
