+ versus - you can´t imagine how happy your comment makes me! during the last two or three years i´ve been revisiting my old musical heroes from the past - starting with the who, my first fave band in the 60s - i do this, because i´ve always gone with the times and somehow realized, that i don´t listen to older music than let´s say 90s at all - but - - - i have a 15 year old daughter and i felt the urge to show her some classics - to make it short: i was SHOCKED! everywhere i went i found my dear old songs and albums, and everywhere the people of my age (60) and older were ranting about the "shit music" of today, like "no one can play an instrument anymore, no one can sing anymore, no one has got talent anymore" a.s.o. and they "just push buttons and call that music" a.s.o. and, the best of all: even "the women looked better back in the day" (i read that more than once, how embarrassing!) an when i tried to talk with these guys, they simply poured out some ugly insults and advised me to "learn about music" and get "realistic" - incredible! hey, and here i find someone who opens his goddam ears and - yessssssss- you make me happy... :-) my latest discovery was this series of mixes, maybe you give them a try (club beats channel has loads of those mixes)... kzbin.info/www/bejne/ppDTeHWpZdymna8 the whole music, also that of monolink, is called deep house (just in case you didn´t know already) my german favourite is christian löffler, rather quiet and smooth, but very nice... :-) kzbin.info/www/bejne/jGOydIufqsepqJI if i were younger and of better health, i would travel to burning man, here is a very nice film - if the music sounds too hard for you, just put on something of your choice and enjoy the lovely pictures... kzbin.info/www/bejne/aJCymmiagLdmf5Y btw. somewhere there is also a nice monolink set of burning man... love and greetings from germany
