Thank you for making this video .. yer the korg software is quite old, and modern day soft synths sounds a million times better with filters and such. But i as a VA synth with all the crazy modulations you can do in the software it also has some great uses. I was thinking of getting the hardware, but honestly after hearing it i will stick to U-he Diva and other such modern soft synths.

The video is great and i really like his humorous attitude. But only one detail remains to be mentioned, the Korg Monopoly and behringer Monopoly analog hardware versions have mono sound. The plugin is stereo and with much more polyphony and extras. Thanks for this interesting comparison. 👍

I Believe behringer synths have their own characteristic sound compared to the original. Can you tell me how the keybed feels on the monopoly? I have a Behringer Odyssey and it feels very plastic, the white keys are much looser compared to the black keys. I am thinking of open it and replace all the key springs. The sound is good but for or me how the keybed feels is very important, it can break or make a synth. I Love the keybed on the Rev2 for example. Always a pleasure to watch your vids and my suggestion is do more with the Rev2 :) Cheers

The keybed on MonoPoly seems really ok. I like it more than the one on Subsequent 37. Same for Deepmind 12. I think keys are a strong point on some of Uli's machines!
