This really is some of, if not the, best monotribe usage i've seen, or heard, as far as I know of. I was actually thinking of building a central sequencing hub just for the 3 monotrons (and gakken) mini synths, just to accomplish acid sounds like these, awesome. Beats mangling is v nice too, good jam

+shogibo2 Thanks so much shogibo2! :) So how is your plan on the sequencing hub going?
@shogibo27 жыл бұрын
Been busy, haven't had that much time to put more thought into it. But it'll first require modding (pitch) cv-gate inputs onto the 4 synths. Then in addition to these, I'd like to add mods for the other parameters on the synths as well, akin to a modular synthesizer, and have any additional circuitry to the synths done inside the sequencing hub, as there isn't much room to work inside the synths. The sequencing comes in where the hub will will have a sequencer for each synth, that can modify pitch, cut-off, resonance, etc. on each of the synths individually. So ultimately, the hub will actually have 4 sequencers, with multiple parameter controls for each step, and hopefully at least 64 steps per sequence. May throw an extra sequencer in to control any other cv-gate capable synth, or do midi. But I'd like microtonals to be easy to do. A lot of work... TL;DR: all talk, no action so far, hah.
