Increases to 1 if the enemy is affect by or targeted by a quickhack "Siphon" is absolutely needed and was even pointed out to me by a viewer named punctacana7550 ------------------- Technical Ability For "Technical Ability" By maxing this skill you will unlock "edgerunner / Ticking Time Bomb" These are extremely powerful when combined as "Edgerunner" will Allows you to exceed your Cyberware capacity by up to 50 points at the cost of -0.5 Max Health Per point. When you neutralize an enemy during combat, there is a 0.1% chance for each point you're over capacity that you will enter fury state. in this state, you gain: +10% damage +30% Crit Chance +50% Crit Damage Duration 12 sec. "Ticking Time Bomb" Charges a powerful emp that hits nearby enemies after 3 sec. whenever you activate operating system cyberware [Berserk,Sandevistan] or overclock mode. Applies stun and deals damage proportionate to the quantity and tier of cyberware implants you have installed -50% incoming damage while charging the emp now to unlock "Ticking Time Bomb" you will need to unlock "Glutton for war" "Health Freak" "Pyromania" and to unlock Edgerunner" you will need to unlock "License To Chrome" -------------------- Reflexes By removing body from the build you will lose adrenaline rush, and by removing cool will lose "Opcital Camo" supporting perks. But by increasing reflexes instead allows you to unlock "Tailwind" "Tailwind" +25 Stamina from preforming air dashes and double jumps Air dashes do not cost Stamina. If you also want to run blades you can put points into "Lead And Steel" "Level 1" -15% Stamina cost for attacks with blades, "level 2" Unlocks the ability to block incoming projectiles with blades, This consumes Stamina. "Finisher: Bladerunner" "Level 1" -15% Stamina cost for attacks with Blades. "Level 2" +20% attack speed with Blades. "Level 3" Unlocks a Blade Finisher" Restores 25% Health "Slaughterhouse" All attacks, counterattacks and deflected bullets, apply Bleeding, which increases dismemberment chance. Bleeding cannot kill enemies, but does make them more susceptible to finishers. +25 Stamina from dismemberments. and the supporting perks making Melee/Blades incredibly strong !! Be sure to make a Manual Save before testing anyone's build incase of mistakes or the need to make changes !! I really like this build, thanks for the guide. I was looking for a more pure netrunner and lucy inspired character. On my character I decided to drop Body and spec the rest into cool and intelligence maxing both. Thanks for the upload.

Dash is in reflex not cool. You hovered over the crouch sprint perk when you were talking about it haha. On that note I think you could drop all the cool for more of anything else. But the extra crit is nice too.

I found a very fun feature with dash. Dash and then jump immediately after. It gives a far jump and it's really fun

For me dash is a must have the movement feels so good its a shame to not run it. Air dash with double jump is even better for getting around the map quickly without a car. Invest in the better air movement perk for strafe double jumps (Just 15 points in agility no reason to max it out unless using swords)

Currently level 18 your build looks similar to my own but I’m doing my own thing. I presently have 15 reflex, 9 intel, 4 body, and will go for 9 cool. Hopefully by level 23 or so will go for endless throwing knives. Kind of want to do a stealth hacker ninja

Looks really fun! I like that they made hybrid netrunners better and nerfed the 'sit in car, kill everything remotely' kind. What difficulty is this at? And what quickhacks do you recommend? All the pure netrunner builds I find use long combos with the overclock ability but I don't know if spending your health on hacks is the right way to go with monowire.

Overclock makes you a God hacker if used right. Just get the biomonitor and blood pump cyberware, and the blood Damon perk in the intelligence tree and you're basically unstoppable (and the level 4 healing body perks are helpful too)

I dont know man… this build is kinda all over the place… and you are missing one monowire perk even tho your build is heavily utilise monowire :/ Also about your reason not taking overclock is you could just wait for ram to recharge is kinda meh. Overclock also has few synergy mechanics like timed emp bursts. It adds more dynamic gameplay with more mechanics to utilise. But you do you. Its your build

This video is just my version I created and I highly recommend tweaking this to find what works best for you, But you are 100% right about Overclock and would highly recommend anyone getting it if you are high enough level, otherwise put perks into "RAM recharge/Ram reduction and then add Overlock in the later game. Though I'm not sure what perk you are referencing for monowire specifically, If you wouldn't mind replying back with the perk and the reason for why you should add it, Hopefully it can help others!

I just took a look and found the perk you are referencing. "Siphon" "Monowire attacks recover 0.5 Ram. Increases to 1 if the enemy is affected by or targeted by a quickhack." You are so right! I can't believe I missed this, So if anyone sees these comments I highly recommend getting "Siphon" instead of the optical camo perks I got in the level 50 Build. Good spot puntacana7550

Hey man, I've been having a bug(?) that makes it so that the monowires from ripperdocs don't have an attunement and seems stuck on a lower tier, even though they're orange already. Not to mention that other arm cyberware have attunements and the monowire doesn't. Really sucks cos I can't use them right now since they're so weak because of this.

That is really weird and sucks to hear, If you are loading an old save there could be some weird bug. But if its on a new save that's even more weird.. I haven't been having any issues in my saves, Hopefully you can find a fix and get back to some monowire gameplay. I'm sorry that I'm not of more help.

When looking for the Operating System, the one they have for sell for me is the Netwatch Netdriver MK.V and not the MK.1 like in your video. Any ideas?

After making this video Ive continued to tweak and experiment. I would actually recommend using MK.5 instead of MK.1 as it provides better stats in my opinion. Offensive quickhacks can be uploaded to 3 targets within a 6-meter radius. Increases damage dealt by quickhacks by 30%. Increases cyberdeck RAM recovery rate by 9 unit(s) per 60 sec. Increases quickhack spread distance by 60%. As MK.1 only provides Allows you to preform quickhacks on enemies and devices while scanning -20% traceability for quickhacks uploaded through cameras -50% RAM cost for device and vehicle quickhacks Combat quickhacks uploaded through devices gain +15% damage +20 effect duration

Sorry for the late response, If you haven't already figured out what the numbers are below the Cyberdeck they are "Yellow guy" How much the Cyberware costs "As the game now has limited Cyberware Capacity That can be increased by unlocking either "Edgerunner/Renaissance Punk" perks In the Technical Ability skill tab "though im not sure why yours is saying 0. "Blue Ram" How much ram the Cyberdeck provides, "This can be increased with perks/Overclock perk" "Blue Quickhack logo" This is how many quickhacks can be slotted into the Cyberdeck "Intelligence logo" This is the required Intelligence level to Install the Cyberware "Could be wrong about the last one, But I'm pretty sure that's the case"

I have yet to test if specific Ripperdoocs have specific cyberware like before, But I showcased the exact location I got the cyberware from incase it doesn't show up at other ripperdocs.

Popping in to confirm that Ripperdoc inventory has been standardized, so all Ripperdocs have the exact same inventory. I go to Vic consistently since it just feels fitting narratively- if I'm gonna get chopped up and reworked, I want someone I trust and have known for a long time.

Oh one caveat, the extra bonuses on cyberware are randomized every day after every doc, so killing docs removed one more "randomized chance" to get exactly the extra stat combo you wanted. But, you could just Wait one time extra since it's shuffled every time inventory refreshes anyway; the actual items are now all standardized.

I'd suggest the regular version because you can attach quick hacks to it unlike the others you mentioned above. But otherwise thermal would be your best bet.

I would buy Tier 3 gear instead of Tier 5 if I was a lower level, Then slowly level up and switch out Cyberware as I continue to play, But since the loot changes I'm not sure if you can just find monowire like before..

I was playing on Normal/Hard. It is possible to play on very hard when tweaking the build as I mention in my pinned comment but its definitely a challenge!

You can find monowire in your weapon wheel, It will replace your "unarmed" state. On pc "hold alt" and select it or you can use the scroll wheel till it cycles through.

Unfortunately no which sucks considering I used to run a monowire blade build with a sandevistan which felt crazy op but was fun. Might give the mantis arms a try just didn't like the thought of running around like a necromorph lol.

I would say yes, But don't hold me to that lol. In my little testing I find it to still be very viable option in 2.0 but I recommend experimenting as they changed so much in this update.

In Phantom Liberty you can unlock a relic perk called "Jailbreak" This will allow you to add quickhacks to monowire. In the cyberware tab you will then be able to add quickhack,. But this requires you to own Phantom Liberty.

This is late and you probably know the answer but monowire is no longer classed as a blade weapon and so you cannot deflect bullets.

Monowire is used like a "weapon" you have to open your weapon wheel "Alt" on pc and select it, or use the scroll wheel. Im not sure what buttons they are on Console.

From what I know its still possible, You just wana put points into Cool and have optical camo Cyberware, Aswell as the Ninjutsu Perk. I recommend creating a manual save and experiment with options.
