This song brings a strange sort of a feeling in my mind: one, of visualizing the journey of a human, from birth, in a fast paced world, as he grows up, he is alone and there's movement around him (a black and white frame where there's the hustle of a city), he stays still and sort of stares at the sky, longing for something. He stays, still searching for something up in the yonder and the day grows old and soon, it is dark and it is finally time for him to rest, forever. There's just this certain feeling of pain, an intense one like I understand what that person is going through and when the track ends, there's just emptiness. My god does this track make my mind go bonkers...

Idk why but i love how you discribe how you got „overwhelmed“ maybe its not the same word for you but i call it overwhelmed :D, for a long time i behaved like this and did the same, sadly i stopped bc everyone was confused about the fact that i try ti explain what i felt:) sorry for my grammer im german:)
@fjallmann2 жыл бұрын
@@berlinerluft4200 . I wouldn't necessarily say 'overwhelmed' but I would say very emotional. We humans are complex creatures and I don't think anyone can understand somebody completely, which is why some prefer to be with their thoughts. Your english is fine and hey, don't worry about your grammar :).
@anthonykontos793111 ай бұрын
@@fjallmann When I hear this I can see a young man walking around a busy city like nyc with a Walkman on and time is sped up like a Hyperlapse and as he looks around he sees things changing as the future is near. Watching the billboards move and show things of the past transition into the future. Almost like time continues but but he stays the same . A young kid with a great future ahead of him but time is his enemy. As the song gets closer to the end he ends up at a home with all of his friends who lived a great life with. It’s like you never want time to end but it’s something we must accept and know we all get old at some point and the things we love age with us too. Sometimes we can’t bring things with us. We are always young for its a feeling of our hearts that make us feel the age we want to be.

Rough lives relate with roughened souls. I just lost a foster sister 💔 in a car accident on the 1st. She was one of the few souls who I genuinely felt a real life connection with. Me and her were just 2 half breeds lucky enough to survive child hood neglect... smdh. My heart/Soul truly hurt right now. I can physically feel the cut off from her energy. Life ain't fair. She was 29 years too young. In loving memory of her infinite Laugh, the relentless forgiving spirit she refused to let be corrupted, and for her own love of music, I dedicate this to her. RIP Sister L, In due time... I'll see ya on the flipside of the comic design. I love you. Fact: Us two knew... always thinking.. If only other people really knew too... That Misery could care less about company... for Loneliness is where sorrow is harnessed for strength. Misery just wants to be heard, hopefully understood, and luckily... Unconditionally Loved back.

[Verse 1] These days go too fast For me to limit All my decisions, yeah Created a box How I am living Is by my own cause [Pre-Chorus] Want to feel But I can't lose sight Of what I came here to show myself But I hold back I know what's real I know what's right But I can't help thinking I'm misusing my time [Chorus] I never feel too old for this 'Cause something in my soul says I'm not over this O~oooh I'm gonna let life call for me And when it's time to go let it take over me O~oooh I never feel too old for this Cause something in my soul says I'm not over this O~oooh I'm gonna let life call for me And follow my resolve to focus on the beat I'll never never leave [Verse 2] These days go too fast For me to limit All my decisions, yeah... I'll give it a chance But I'm beginning To lose my vision [Pre-Chorus] Want to feel But I can't lose sight Of what I came here to show myself But I hold back I know what's real I know what's right But I can't help thinking I'm misusing my time I've got to focus on this beat... [Bridge] Want to feel But I can't lose sight Of what I came here to show myself But I hold back I know what's real I know what's right But I can't help thinking I'm misusing my time [Chorus] I never feel too old for this 'Cause something in my soul says I'm not over this I'm gonna let life call for me And when it's time to go let it take over me I never feel too old for this 'Cause something in my soul says I'm not over this I'm gonna let life call for me And follow my resolve to focus on the beat
